I believe one of the most beautiful truths of the human experience is that we all carry the internal wisdom to grow, transform, and heal. My hope is to help you, your relationship, or your family unlock that internal wisdom.
My style of counseling is collaborative, person-centered, strengths-based, systemic, and experiential.
The basis of all my therapeutic work is holistic. I value the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. By integrating the use of traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices, I strive to help you achieve a higher sense of balance, fulfillment, and well-being in your life and in your relationships.

Hi, I’m Kali! I am happy you’re here.
I am a therapist in Denver, Colorado who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families looking to deepen their self-awareness and connection to themselves and to each other.
I decided to become a therapist because I personally know the pain of feeling alone during times of struggle. I believe one of the most gifting aspects of therapy is alleviating loneliness and isolation during a person’s toughest times. Life is inevitably hard, yet a compassionate, helping hand in the form of a therapist can go a long way. It is the biggest honor to be able to walk alongside you in your journey.
