Frequently Asked Questions

  • Consider this: Are you searching for more than just symptom relief? Do you desire a therapeutic approach that sees you as a whole person, addressing not only your mental health but also your physical and spiritual well-being?

My holistic approach invites you to explore the deep connections between your thoughts, emotions, and body. If you're open to integrating mindfulness, self-discovery, and personal empowerment into your therapeutic journey, holistic psychotherapy may be a good fit for you.

  • My preference is to meet with you weekly or biweekly to provide consistent support and foster meaningful progress in your mental health journey.

  • I operate as private pay practice, prioritizing personalized care and flexibility for my clients. Private pay allows for maintaining confidentiality and autonomy in crafting treatment plans tailored specifically to your needs, without the constraints imposed by insurance companies.

  • I value your commitment to your mental health journey. To ensure the best possible experience for you, I have a 24-hour notice policy for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This policy allows me to optimize scheduling and accommodate the needs of all all my clients effectively.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute your bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information on your right for a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 720-504-5169.

A Good Faith Estimate is for your information only, and is not a binding contract between a client and provider.
